Your Wellness Pitstop takes you on a 3-month wellness journey to the rest of your life.

Each week we have a new topic of focus, and each day there is a new topic of discussion.
What makes our program unique is you are in the driver’s seat. We are not here to tell you what you should want or what your goals should be. Instead, we teach you how to set goals so that you can achieve them, how to overcome obstacles, and take you on a health and wellness journey from posture, breathing, and movement to food, facts, alternative health, and more. This program has left no aspect of your health unturned, and with our accountability and regular coaching calls with Hope, you will always get your questions answered and stay accountable for your journey.
